Casey holds a Master of Science in Global Development & Sustainability and a Bachelor of Science in International Development & Environment from the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.In his current role developing the Dashboard Lab, Casey supports the Aloha+ Challenge and the UN Sustainable Development Goals through program development, capacity building, and project legacy. With professional experience in Europe and the United States, Casey brings a broad international perspective, combining academic insight with practical experience.
Before joining the Hawaiʻi Green Growth UN Local2030 Hub, Casey Engle served as Faculty at Southern New Hampshire University and as Sustainability Manager for regenerative tourism in Oslo, where he developed strategies to enhance resilience and address planetary boundaries in the Nordic region. He also held a position as an Assistant Professor at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
