Senior Director for the Sustainability Business Forum
Sheila-Anne Ebert serves as HGG’s Senior Director for the Sustainability Business Forum helping Hawai’i companies make progress towards the Local 2030 sustainability development goals. Born and raised in Kailua, Sheila-Anne was Director of Management and Operations at Alexander & Baldwin (A&B), overseeing operational and financial performance as well as sustainability efforts for A&B’s assets on Oahu, Maui, and Hawai’i Island. From 2010 to 2016, Sheila-Anne served as a Diplomat with the U.S. State Department in Washington D.C., Sudan, and Turkey. As an Omidyar Fellow, Sheila-Anne has over 25 years of diverse experience in investment banking, hospitality, marketing, real estate, and community engagement. She currently serves on the boards of Aloha United Way, Kamaʻaina Kids, and Hui Aloha. Sheila-Anne holds a BS in International Business and Marketing from Georgetown University.
